What a great way to get the facts on genetically modified ingredients in processed foods  and why they should be labeled.  They are more than likely here to stay but without adequate testing (in my opinion), they should at least be labeled so consumers can make better choices instead of being part of a national experiment as to the safety of these foods.

  1. If you see the ‘USDA Organic’ label you can be assured that 95% or more of the ingredients found in that product is certified organic. Is 95% good enough for you? I say a product is other organic or it isn’t.

  3. I saw that graphic and shared it on Facebook. I’m just glad the visibility of this stuff is rising… I feel like there’s so much GMO-awareness in the news today… but we’ve only begun to see the tip of the iceberg with the food labeling. I so hope it become law!
