Whenever I see a Honey Nut Cheerios commercial, I wonder why it is claimed to be so healthy? And there are so many commercials for this cereal. And from what I can tell, it also has a high glycemic index value of 74. (>70 is considered high). Granted, many common cereals also have a high glycemic index, but this particular one is always touted to be heart healthy. In my opinion, this is certainly an overstatement.
