And that’s something that has not yet been determined, in my opinion. There are two sides – the low-fat, moderate carbohydrate diet or the low carbohydrate, high protein diet (which tends to be higher in fat). Conventional wisdom has been the low-fat, but some compelling research is pointing to a lower carbohydrate intake. Stay tuned.
