As stated in the previous post (mine), please do not begin any restricted diet without consulting your doctor. Prolonged and severe carbohydrate restriction or higher fat diets  may not be for everyone .   Medical nutrition therapy should be practiced by a licensed registered dietitian or nutritionist under the guidance of a physician.
