Fiber is Fiber – Maybe Not?

Dietary fiber from whole grains, beans,  fruits, and vegetables confers many health benefits  but is added fiber like inulin having the same effects?  Maybe not, according to the latest research.  In addition, a previous post reported on the digestive disturbances of inulin.  There is a threshold level that the human gut can handle.
