A positive trend appears to be happening – younger consumers are becoming more aware of the SAD diet of the U.S. and  are turning away from established brands.  Seems like a good trend, but more consumers should follow if we are to change our food culture for the better.  Bottom line: more ingredients equals more processing and avoid the center aisles of the supermarket whenever possible.
