When it comes to complex food issues, Marion Nestle provides us with a real understanding of the complexities including sustainability, soda taxes, the food industry and our obesity/diabetes problem. Bottom Line: If we care about the future of the U.S. food supply, consumers need to become involved at the local political levels and demand responsible action to curb the growing influence of politics in the food industry.
