A great perspective on the Biggest Loser Study. If you missed it, most of the winners gained most of their lost weight back. We need to have an attitude adjustment about obesity – how hard it is to live in an anti-obesity society; successful weight loss (it doesn’t have to be 100 pounds) and most important how hard it is to keep it off.

Eat Less? Move More?
Two very thoughtful discourses on the causes, attitudes, treatment and prevention of obesity. As we know more about the complexities of obesity, some still seem to want to treat it with a simple solution: Eat Less, Move More. This approach does not seem to working very well and only appears to add to the bias against the obese patient.
